1. Service Overview

Safe-GPT provides cloud credit acquisition services ("Services") to help clients obtain discounted cloud credits from various providers. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Safe Mode Payment Terms

Our Services operate under a "Safe Mode" payment structure:

• Initial Payment (10%): We collect 10% of the agreed service fee upfront before commencing work on your request.
• Final Payment (10%): The remaining 10% is due within 30 business days after successful completion of the service.

3. No Guarantee of Success

We do not guarantee the success of any application or service request. Cloud credit approvals are subject to the policies and decisions of the respective cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.), which are beyond our control.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Initial Payment (First 10%)

The initial 10% payment is non-refundable if the client's application is rejected due to violations of the cloud provider's policies, terms of service, or eligibility requirements. This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to meet provider eligibility criteria
• Violation of provider terms of service
• Previous account bans or restrictions with the provider

4.2 Final Payment (Second 10%)

The final 10% payment becomes non-refundable after 30 business days from the date of successful service completion, provided no valid claims or disputes have been raised by the client within this period.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Complying with all cloud provider policies and terms
• Timely communication and response to requests
• Submitting payment within the specified timeframes

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims must be submitted through the contact form on our website within 30 business days of service completion. We will review all claims in good faith and respond within 10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Safe-GPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
