You must be at least 18 years old to use Safe-GPT. Our Service involves paid features and financial transactions, therefore we require users to be of legal age. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Service Description

Safe-GPT is an AI-powered application builder that helps users create software applications. We provide tools and services for building applications using artificial intelligence technologies. Our Service includes both free and paid features, with pricing starting at $5/month for premium features.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Safe-GPT for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Generating illegal, harmful, or malicious software
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Creating applications for illegal activities or fraud
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Using the Service to compete directly with Safe-GPT
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Creating fake or spam content

5. User Accounts and Payment

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Paid services are billed monthly and must be paid in advance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Safe-GPT. However, by using our Service, you grant us a license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service. Safe-GPT and its underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Safe-GPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Safe-GPT shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of Safe-GPT after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
