This policy describes what information SafeGPT collects when you visit safe-gpt.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to be brief and concrete.
Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us through forms. When you submit a form on our site we collect the fields you fill in (such as your email address, role, organization name, and any free-text fields you provide). We use this information to respond to your request, including sending you a confirmation email so we can verify it really was you.
- Technical request data. Like virtually every website, our servers receive standard log data — your IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and similar request metadata — when you submit a form. We use this to detect spam, troubleshoot delivery issues, and keep the site secure.
- Optional voluntary survey. After you confirm a request via the email link, we may show an optional, anonymous self-identification questionnaire (for example, country, age range, gender, ethnicity, disability status, household income range). Every question is optional and every option includes "Prefer not to say". Answers are not used to identify you and are stored separately from your email.

How we use it
- To answer your request and follow up with relevant information.
- To verify the request is genuine via a confirmation email.
- To improve the website and measure which content works.
- To measure marketing effectiveness, when you've consented to advertising cookies.

Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA / UK)
- Consent — for non-essential cookies (advertising, analytics) and for any optional survey answers. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings.
- Legitimate interests — for security, fraud prevention, and confirming form submissions belong to the person who sent them.
- Contract / pre-contract steps — to follow up on a request you sent us through a form.
Sharing
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their feature:
- Hosting and delivery — to serve the site and our forms.
- Email delivery — to send you the confirmation email after you submit a form, and to deliver our reply.
- Google Ads & Google Analytics — to measure how the site is used and the effectiveness of our advertising. These are only loaded with their cookies and identifiers when you grant consent. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where data is processed
Some of our service providers are based outside the EEA / UK, including in the United States. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the applicable adequacy frameworks recognised by the EU Commission and UK ICO.
Retention
- Form submissions and confirmation status are kept for as long as needed to respond to your request and meet our legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
- Optional survey answers are kept in aggregate form for as long as we continue to use them for product and audience research.
- Server logs are kept for a short period (typically 30–90 days) and used for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA, UK, California), you may have rights including: access to the data we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has shared information with us, write to info@safe-gpt.co and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
